Evolution Basketball Training is Northern Virginia based training company who is expanding and looking for a full time manager of it’s newest training facility in Gainesville, VA.

As Evolution is actively looking to expand and open new training facilities, we are also looking for full-time employees to help us with that growth. We are able to offer salaried positions with benefits to qualified applicants. When looking to hire full-time employees we are looking for people who are:

– Passionate about basketball training and the development of kids both on the court and off.
– Highly personable, with a positive attitude and ability to connect with players, parents, and coaches.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Played at minimum high school basketball, preferably college as well.
– Self motivated and self starter with a proactive mindset.
– High attention to detail and organizational skills.
– General computer skills are greatly preferred.
– All full-time employees must first pass a thorough background check.

A full time manager’s position would include training on the court, as well as managing the other trainers working in that facility, setting up the training schedule, working directly with the clients (parents) in a customer service manner, and networking/marketing with local coaches in the area.
