I’m Possible launched into existence in 2009 when Micah Lancaster’s YouTube tutorials and teaching methods were quickly embraced by NBA players, college programs, and grassroots players. I’m Possible offers camp services, NBA pre-draft training, personal training, product innovation, and certification services to all levels of the basketball industry. With clients from all 50 states, over 75 countries, and a multitude of NBA players and college programs, I’m Possible is a leading global brand in basketball skill development.
Job Responsibilities: The position encompasses working directly for I’m Possible’s CEO and founder, Micah Lancaster in order to serve I’m Possible’s community of trainers and coaches around the world, along with marketing and managing I’m Possible’s events nationally. Other responsibilities include growing future relationships connected to I’m Possible’s products and brand.
Experience: Candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience with a college program or national basketball organization. Strong communication and computer skills are required. Industry contacts and relationships are preferred. Individuals with aspirations to become a coach or a trainer is not preferred for this position.
