The Men’s Basketball program is hiring a Graduate Assistant for the 2021-2022 season. The candidate must maintain satisfactory progress towards degree completion. Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: film, social media content, scouting, recruiting, on the court coaching with both JV/Varsity programs, travel, meals, academics, fundraising, and other duties assigned.

Applicants must have previous college basketball playing or coaching experience and acceptance (or ability to be accepted) into the Bethel University graduate program. Candidates must have an understanding of the mission of Bethel University, strong communication skills, a desire to advance in coaching and a strong work-ethic.

Bethel Basketball has a tradition of excellence and has won a total of 7 National Championships and 20 Conference Titles. Currently Bethel has won 20 games or more in 9 consecutive seasons. This past season the Pilots were 23-11 made it to the NAIA Elite Eight.
