Madonna University, a Franciscan liberal arts institution sponsored by the Felician Sisters, has a position opening for a Graduate Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach.

This assistant coaching position will be effective August, 2022 through May, 2024. This is a two-year position with the expectation of successful graduation from Madonna University. This position is supervised by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach

The successful candidate must maintain satisfactory progress towards degree completion and will serve as the head JV basketball coach while assisting the varsity program with: practice, film coordination, recruiting, game preparation, team travel, academic monitoring program, mentorship of players and other duties as assigned.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, previous college basketball playing or coaching experience and acceptance (or ability to be accepted) into the Madonna University graduate program. Candidates must have an understanding of the mission of Madonna University, strong communication skills, a desire to advance in coaching and a strong work-ethic.
