| Description: | Purpose: Work under the direction of the head coach and assist with the administration of a successful Division II men’s basketball program. Responsibilities include coaching, recruiting, scouting, fundraising, and other duties assigned. Description of Job Duties: Assist the head coach with on the floor coaching of student athletes during practices, individual skill training, and games. Assist with the recruitment of student-athletes for the men’s basketball program. Assist the head coach in the administration of the off-season program including conditioning activities. Assist in the monitoring of the academic progress of each student-athlete participating in the men’s basketball program. Evaluate opponent game video for game plan preparation. Administer video exchange program with other institutions. Will have primary duties in team travel planning and managing alumni and booster club interaction. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications: Experience with social media, video, and photo shop to help market the program. Start Date: Immediately |
