The College of New Jersey, a member of the New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC), seeks applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. It reports to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach. The position involves working weekends, evenings and some holidays. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all facets of a competitive NCAA athletic program including but not limited to:

• Compliance with all NCAA and NJAC regulations

• The recruitment and evaluation of qualified student-athletes

• Game-day preparation and scouting of opponents

• Practice planning and skill development

• Continuing to grow and develop the TCNJ Basketball social media presence.

• General support for the head men’s basketball coach and the entire program, including community service and fundraising efforts.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Salary: Tuition Waiver / Small Stipend
