| Description: | Graduate Assistant Position- The University of the Southwest a NAIA member in the Red River Conference seeks a Graduate Assistant to work with the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in all aspects related to the men’s basketball program. Job Responsibilities- Assist with on the court coaching and individual player development, Assist with coaching junior varsity and varsity during practice and competitions, assist with strength and conditioning workouts, assist with recruitment and retention of student-athletes, assist with day-to-day operations, including video editing, travel, and equipment, assist in conducting academic monitoring, assist in promoting the men’s basketball program, and perform other duties as assigned by the Head Men’s Basketball Coach. |
