1. Collegiate coaching or playing experience is desirable.
2. Ability to develop basketball players.
3. Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules & regulations is preferred.
4. Ability to work effectively with administration, faculty, coaching staff, students, alumni, and boosters.
5. Bachelor’s degree required; interest in Graduate School.

FUNCTIONS:                            1.   On the court coaching responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach.

2. Ability to scout opponents and break down film.
3. Ability to recognize, evaluate, communicate with, and sign potential recruits.
4. Other recruiting duties assigned by the Head Coach.
5. Other duties assigned by the Head Coach and AD.
6. Knowledge of Strength and Conditioning.
