Primary responsibility is to support the head men’s basketball coach, assistant men’s basketball coaches, director of operations, program assistant, and support staff in daily men’s basketball duties. Candidates should possess an enthusiasm for working with student-athletes, a strong basketball background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a consistent and reliable work ethic, and a commitment to following The Summit League and NCAA rules.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

1-2 years as a college basketball player or coaching/support staff role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of current technology-based systems and software applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, internet-Email, web pages).
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Preferred:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Specialized knowledge of video software and sports video editing programs (i.e. HUDL Sportscode, JustPlay Solutions, Synergy, Etc.).

Experience with Division I or professional basketball programs
