DME Sports Academy in Daytona Beach, FL is accepting applications for Basketball Head and Assistant Coaches.

This position will work directly with Boys and Girls High School and Post-grad basketball teams. This is an entry level position that will allow our coach to grow, learn, and develop while working with all of our teams. Our coaches will be challenged to problem solve, mentor, demonstrate leadership, plan activities and have a flexible schedule.

Primary duties may include:

  • Housing supervision
  • Filming/Video Breakdown
  • On court instruction
  • Individual skill development
  • Statistics
  • Create Practice plans
  • Lead practices with energy and court presence
  • Equipment Management
  • Transportation
  • Daily Basketball Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-Year accredited College or University
  • Previous experience working in College/High School Athletics
  • Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Previous Coaching experience
