Head Coach will be responsible for all phases of competitive NAIA Men’s Basketball program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruitment, retention, and graduating of student athletes, academic supervision, fundraising, developing and managing a competitive competition schedule, budget management, supervise assistant coaches, oversee student conduct and development, develop campus, community, and alumni support, and organize and conduct all competitions and training sessions. Must adhere to all rules and regulations of NAIA, Cascade Conference, and Eastern Oregon University. Expected to implement the NAIA Champions of Character Program within their sport. Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics.
