Ferrum College, an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the USA South Athletic Conference, has an immediate opening for Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This position will be responsible for the overall management, supervision and coordination of the men’s basketball program.  Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to; identification and recruitment of athletically and academically qualified student-athletes; practice and game preparation; monitoring of current student-athlete’s academic performance; and overseeing the administrative process for team travel and public relations activities.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with coaching and/or playing experience at the collegiate level. A master’s degree is preferred.  Successful candidate must possess knowledge of conference and NCAA rules and regulations.  Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills are desired.
