Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Athletics, the Head Coach will have full responsibility for the sport. Head coaches should have a working knowledge of all Southern Conference and NCAA policies, rules, and regulations and adhere to these policies as they pertain to the job.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree with 8 – 10 years experience in related field.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Recruitment experience.

Extensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Motivation skills.
