Global Squad is a program that brings players from all over the world to the United States for the month of July to train with American coaches and play in AAU tournaments.  This job will give the potential candidate the opportunity to network throughout the course of the summer with other Global Squad coaches and college, high school coaches. The ages of the kids is from 9^th to 12^th graders. We train 5 days a week and play in tournaments on the weekends. The potential candidate will be responsible for running their own team. Things that go with that are: planning practice, run your team while still following the Global Squad program, get know each player and be a positive influence, and monitor players throughout the course of the day. You will be expected to have film sessions with your team twice a week. On game days you or your assistant coach will be expected to drive your team to and from tournaments. You are expected to have player evaluations for each player at mid camp and at the end of camp. Previous coaching, playing, or managing experience preferred.
