To provide leadership for the Men’s Basketball program at the NCAA Division II level within the Lone Star Conference; possess intercollegiate athletics experience with proven ability to recruit and lead a successful Men’s Basketball program to Lone Star Conference and NCAA Championship competition; demonstrate expertise in all aspects of coaching student-athletes at the collegiate level with a commitment to the highest ideals of sportsmanship and academics as well as developing and maintaining a positive student-athlete experience; to administer and promote the team, program and University in a professional manner at all times, while promoting positive and productive working relationships with other staff members.
