Under the direction of the Athletic Director, the head men’s basketball coach will be responsible for all aspects of a Division II men’s program, including but not limited to, game and practice strategy as well as recruiting of new students.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Organize, supervise and maintain a schedule of practices and events
Budget administration
Supervision of assistant coaches
Mentoring student-athletes in their academic performance to ensure timely progress towards degree completion and graduation
; Be active in department wide fundraising and related professional duties
