Bethany Lutheran College’s Department of Athletics seeks a candidate who will recruit, lead, encourage and support students involved in the men’s basketball program within the guidelines and mission of Bethany Lutheran College, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC), and the NCAA. The successful candidate will also be engaged with College constituents such as the local community and alumni who have expressed interest in the program and its student-athletes.

The head coach position is classified as part-time professional staff. However, it could be combined with other athletic department activities, professional staff duties, or teaching in a specific subject, dependent upon the qualifications of the successful candidate, to create a full-time appointment.
