Responsibilities include the administration of a program designed to meet all NCAA, MIAC and Bethel University rules and regulations. The individual will be expected to 1) direct and coordinate all facets of practice planning and implementation, 2) establish a game plan and direct game day organization, 3) recruit student athletes, 4) monitor and oversee academic success of all players, 5) foster and engage in harmonious departmental relationships, 6) steward the budget, 7) hire and collaborate with assistant coaches and 8) foster quality alumni and constituent relations.
