The head coach for men’s basketball is a full time position dealing with the management of all facets of the men’s basketball program to produce an athletically competitive and academically successful team.
Head coaching responsibilities to include but are not limited to: game and practice coaching, administration, budget management, involvement in community engagement, recruiting, supervision of assistant coach(s), recommending a schedule of competitions, coordination of team travel, monitoring of academic progress and counseling of student-athletes, and compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations. It is expected that the program will be conducted with honesty and sportsmanship at all times within the rules and regulations of the CCAA and the NCAA.
