1. Identify, recruit and retain qualified Division I student athletes at the national level for the Canisius College Men’s Basketball Program.
2. Supervise student-athlete’s academic, personal and athletic development.
3. Practice and game preparation.
4. Manage the men’s basketball program budget.
5. Market and direct the Canisius College men’s basketball camps.
6. Supervise three full-time assistant coaches.
7. Promote the men’s basketball program to the public and assist in community relations and fundraising activities.
8. All other duties assigned by the athletic director
