The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently searching for candidates to fill the position of Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This individual will assist in all aspects of a NJCAA Division II program, including recruitment and retention of players, practice and game preparation, and the academic success of the student-athletes. The 2013/14 team won the NJCAA Division II Region XXI Championship, the District II Championship and represented the College at the National Tournament.
The position is a part-time, stipend position, beginning immediately. The candidate selected will be expected to direct the recruitment of interested student-athletes for the fall 2014 entering academic class. Qualified candidates will be required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s degree preferred. College playing or coaching experience is preferred.
