Goshen College seeks a dynamic leader for the position of Men’s Basketball Head Coach. The primary responsibilities are to direct and coordinate the planning, organizing and coaching of a competitively successful basketball program, while modeling the College’s core values. Coaching responsibilities include but are not limited to: recruitment of student-athletes in accordance with college policy, practice and game coaching, budget management, scheduling, hiring and supervising assistant coaches, monitoring academic progress, organizing team travel, fundraising, equipment and purchases, and managing all other aspects of the men’s basketball program in accordance with NAIA and Crossroads League regulations. Additional administrative responsibilities may also be assigned.
