The Head Coach of Men’s Basketball is responsible for all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program, such as, but not limited to, budgeting, recruiting, scheduling, training, coaching, fundraising, and supervising. The Head Coach of Men’s Basketball is required to develop a quality, competitive men’s basketball team. The Head Coach will implement policies, procedures, and a plan of action that support the mission and vision of the institution. The Head Coach is to provide strategic leadership in support of the program’s goals in alignment with the College’s and department’s mission, vision and strategic plan; and to abide by the rules and regulations established by LaGrange College and the NCAA
