Recruitment of prospective student-athletes for men’s basketball. • Oversight of player development. • Oversight of practice and game coaching. • Monitor curricular and co-curricular progress of student athletes. • Participate in fundraising and community service projects. • Comply with NCAA and North Atlantic Conference (NAC) rules while supporting the philosophy of the school and conference. • Supervise the College SHAPE facility during scheduled time, including the fitness center, gyms, and racquetball courts; supervise student interns and practicum students; assist with scheduling and coordinating community and campus use of the facility. • Assist with managing the pool facilities during the academic year, including oversight for programming, staff and enforcement of safety standards and rules; supervise and monitor daily operations and maintenance of facilities as needed by Athletic Staff. • Manage the budget for the fitness center. • Serve on conference and NCAA committees as assigned. • Serve as a member of the Athletic Department leadership team. • Administrator for home contests/events. • Perform other duties as assigned.
