Description:

Under the general supervision of the Athletic Director, manage a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) men’s basketball program as Head Coach with in University, Frontier Conference, and NAIA regulations. Responsibilities include coaching, organizing and conducting practices and workouts, recruiting, offseason conditioning, budget maintenance, supervision of assistant coach(s), public relations, team travel, assist with athletic department fundraising events, and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required and minimum of five (5) years experience in basketball coaching. The ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups and administrators, faculty, staff and students.

Required Skills: The successful applicant must be able to work independently and in teams as well as be flexible in accepting new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years collegiate basketball coaching experience in a head coach position.
