This position will provide necessary guidance, intervention, advising, and direction to keep students progressing through to completion. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to analyze and interpret student retention and completion data and will track, monitor, and follow-up with students who are close to graduating but do not meet all requirements to graduate. This candidate must demonstrate a clear understanding of FERPA guidelines while assisting students. This successful candidate must also adhere to NJCAA/TCCAA rules, provide game day management and game planning, recruit student-athletes, organize and direct group practice, assess players’ skills, model sports -like behavior, and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators.
