Operates the program in a liberal arts Division III philosophy, giving attention to academic success, moral character of staff and athletes and community involvement. Responsible for organizing and conducting a recruiting program, which includes dispersing information concerning the sports program, arranging for visitations and cooperating with the Admission Department in a coordinated effort to attract student-athletes to Otterbein University. Responsible to the Athletic Director or his/her representative for all phases of the athletic program involving, but not limited to, budget, equipment, staff, athlete control, academic success, OAC, NCAA rules and regulations ,campus policies and procedures, athlete image and discipline
