The Head Coach, Men’s Basketball will organize and direct a University-sponsored varsity intercollegiate sports program through the performance of coaching, recruiting, administrative, fundraising, and professional duties. Record of successful recruitment, retention, and graduation of college student athletes
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the specified sports program.
– Knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
– Knowledge of athletic recruitment methods and techniques.
– Ability to lead and guide student-athletes in area of specialty.
– Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
– Ability to initiate, develop and maintain appropriate contacts.
