Recruit and develop students and student-athletes in a manner in which they can reach their maximum potential academically, socially, physically and professionally. To supervise, organize, instruct, and lead all day-to-day aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics program. Serves as a role model to all students at the university.
