Primary Job Duties: Recruit and develop students and student-athletes in a manner in which they can reach their maximum potential academically, socially, physically and professionally. To supervise, organize, instruct, and lead all day-to-day aspects of a competitive NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletics program. Serves as a role model to all students at the university.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Liberal Studies, Business or related field including three to five years of coaching experience and demonstrated knowledge of the rules and regulations of NCAA men’s basketball in higher education. Must be CPR and First Aid Certified. Must have evidence of problem solving, planning, anyalytical, organizational and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to a diverse population; ability to work independantly and ability to effectively motivate student-athletes.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Liberal Studies, Business or related field.
