Essential Functions:
Uphold the Vision and Mission of Silver Lake College.
Identify and recruit new students each year
Coordinate team travel/lodging arrangements for away games. This includes responsibility for team behavior while on the road.
Assist in scheduling of games.
Plan and schedule practices.
Teach basketball techniques and strategies.
Direct the team in game competition.
Manage the budget associated with the men’s basketball program.
Be responsible for the welfare of the student
athlete, including making sure there is
transportation to and from practice.
Represent the College in a positive manner within the community.
Direct a summer league program for enrolled team members
