South Puget Sound Community College is currently seeking qualified individuals to work in a combined position that will serve students with education planning goals as well as serve as the Head Men’s Basketball Coach for the College. The Educational Planner (75%) portion of the position reports directly to the Associate Director of Advising and Outreach and is responsible for assisting enrolled and prospective students in developing meaningful educational goals and providing educational planning assistance. In addition, this position will be responsible for developing programs and services, from a student development prospective, to support enrolled and prospective students.
The Head Men’s Basketball Coach (25%) portion of the position reports to the Director of Athletics and will coach and train collegiate-eligible athletes in basketball skills in order to represent the College at the intercollegiate level of competition. A flexible working schedule is required as both portions of the position will require evening and weekend work
