Within the framework of the Taylor University Intercollegiate Athletic mission statement, effectively fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Head Men’s Basketball coach. Major areas of responsibility include: program and staff oversight; coaching; assisting with the development, discipleship and recruitment of student athletes; assisting in the planning strategies that promote the program across the institution and among key stakeholders, including alumni and parents; striving to continuously improve the program in ways that support team unity and the academic, spiritual and leadership development of the athletes.
