The Men’s Basketball coach is responsible for recruiting students whose educational, athletic, and personal aims are consistent with the University’s mission. The coach is responsible for conditioning athletes, leading them toward sportsmanlike conduct, and facilitating and supporting their academic responsibilities. He should ensure positive representation of the University through the athletic team and the individuals on the team. The coach should model and reinforces the core values of the Champions of Character program.
