ROLE of the POSITION 
This position exists to provide leadership, organization, technical expertise, training and development to student-athletes and to produce a competitive NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball program.

This position is expected to teach male student-athletes the game of basketball; promote and foster academic success; contribute to the development of the athlete regarding intellectual and ethical challenges, values of life, and responsible citizenship by enhancing critical thinking, leadership skills, and social integrity; and accomplish recognition as one of the top national NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball programs.

QUALIFICATIONS 
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and five (5) years of comparable professional experience at the collegiate level or higher. Division I level coaching experience preferred.

SALARY RANGE 
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
