Responsibilities:
The coach is directly responsible for the overall development, organization, and administration of Men’s basketball program.  Specifically the coach is responsible for organizing and supporting the recruitment, player relations, academic success of the student /athlete, coaching, scheduling games, scheduling officials, public relations, community service, assist athletic department fund-raising, and other duties assigned by Athletic Director.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree required; significant coaching and recruiting experience; substantial knowledge of basketball fundamentals; knowledge of national rules which govern junior college athletics; ability to work well with others; or any equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties.  Community college experience preferred.
