Organizing and administrating all aspects of the Western State Colorado University Men’s Basketball program including but not limited to oversight of: recruiting qualified student-athletes, practice and competition scheduling, coaching athletes in practice and games, supervision of coaching staff, maintaining budget, conducting and managing all facets of camps, cultivate alumni, direct involvement working with program specific fund-raising as well participation in Athletic Department fund-raising. Limited other duties may be assigned
Skills: Knowledge of NCAA Division II basketball practices and regulations, must become NCAA II recruiting certified, ability to effectively coach student athletes, establish good rapport and relationships with players, administrators, staff, alumni and the general public. Must have proven administrative, organizational and recruiting skills.
