Oversee and take responsibility for the Junior Varsity Boys’ Basketball program.  The general duties to be performed would be lead and run practices for the JV team, manage and coach all aspects of the team during games, and assist with the varsity team during practice and games. Other duties may include film exchange and breakdown, scouting reports for the varsity team and assisting in study hall and academic monitoring of the team. Off the floor duties include but are not limited to: teaching courses in developmental writing with the possibility of load in non-developmental English courses, providing support for the development of student writing skills at all levels, including direct student support as well as identifying and training peer tutors, collaborating with faculty and administration to implement special support for students with identified needs, works as support staff in the Learning Resource Center/Library to assist students with locating academic resources, maintains, coordinates and teaches the Student Success Seminar course in collaboration with other faculty. This is a full time position.  Masters degree preferred, Bachelors degree required.
