Brescia University, a private Catholic institution, is seeking a full-time Athletic Director and Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Brescia sponsors 18 varsity and junior varsity sports as a member of the RSC and the NAIA. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the athletic department,including but not limited to; scheduling, intramurals, facilities management,academic progress, fundraising, public relations, recruiting and retention,budgeting and assuring compliance with all RSC, NAIA and University policies.

This position reports to the VP/Dean of Student Development and is a member of the student affairs administrative staff.

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred and a minimum three years of coaching experience. Successful candidate will be experienced in managing budgets, fundraising, understanding of RSC/NAIA policies and procedures and have a commitment to student development.
