Description:

The Head Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of a National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I program. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Coaching relevant knowledge, skills, techniques and strategy
• Scheduling of organized team activities and games
• Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches
• Recruiting qualified student athletes
• Promoting the college and its various programs across the college’s four campus sites
• Providing student support services such as advising, tutor assistance and Program of study development
• Coordinating fundraising efforts through the Athletic Director in partnership with the Coastal Bend College Foundation.
