The Head Coach is responsible for managing all aspects of a National Junior Collegiate Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Coaching relevant knowledge, skills, techniques and strategy.
Develop cohesive seasonal and off-season game schedules with coaches from opposing schools.
Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches.
Develop weekly practice plans and student athlete evaluations.
Recruiting qualified student athletes
Effectively train and coach program student athletes.
