Reporting to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, the Assistant Athletic Director/Men’s Basketball Coach/Scheduling and Contracts Coordinator will administer and coordinate all aspects of NCAA Division III’s Men’s Basketball program within the rules, guidelines and principles of the NCAA, Great Northeast Athletic Conference and the College. Manage game contracts and scheduling for all varsity sports with special emphasis placed on coordinating schedules for part-time coaches.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
·Direct, administer and coordinate all aspects of NCAA Division III program within the rules, guidelines and principles of the NCAA, GNAC and the College.
·Coaching
·Coordination of recruiting process for Men’s Basketball
·Monitoring academic progress
·Scheduling
·Budget administration
·Selection and supervision of assistants
·Scouting
·Community activities
·Promotion of the program
·Being an engaged member of the Athletic Department and College community.
·Serving as the Athletic Department liaison to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee(SAAC,) coordinating academic progress reports on a semester-by-semester basis for targeted student-athletes , assisting with the athletic certification of all student-athletes on a semester-by-semester basis, and may include performing other duties as assigned.
·Game Contract Administration and Scheduling for all varsity programs with a particular emphasis on scheduling for our part time coaching staff
·Additional staff duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
