| Description: | Direct and coordinate the men’s basketball program to include recruiting, practice planning, student-athlete development, monitoring of academic success, and adherence to NCAA, GLIAC, and University policy and guidelines. Position Type: Staff Required Education Bachelor’s Degree. Must possess a strong desire to teach and facilitate the academic and athletic needs of students. Must have thorough knowledge of NCAA, GLIAC and University rules and excellent communication skills. Required Work Experience Five years of effective coaching and recruiting at the collegiate, professional or major high school level. Must exhibit sound leadership qualities with clear and effective communication skills both orally and written. Must have experience in recruiting, player development and roster management. |
