The Head Men’s Basketball Coach position administers all aspects of all aspects of the Men’s basketball program. The head coach position will manage and oversee the daily operations of the basketball program including practice, gameday activities, recruiting, budget management, managing grant & aid, academic monitoring and mentoring of student-athletes. The head coach will recruit and retain a roster of 18 student-athletes on the Men’s basketball team. These student-athletes are expected to be successful in the classroom, socially responsible, and competitive within the Mountain East Conference and NCAA Division II. Conduct assigned duties in accordance with all University System of Maryland, Frostburg State University, NCAA, and Conference Affiliate policies and procedures. Other work-related duties as assigned. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to overall departmental philosophy and collaboration.
