| Description: | Madison College is seeking a Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Part-Time Kinesiology Instructor to lead our NJCAA men’s basketball program while teaching within our Kinesiology program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coaching, student development, and higher education.
As the Head Coach, you will oversee all aspects of the men’s basketball program, including recruiting, coaching, player development, scheduling, compliance, and program operations. As a part-time instructor, you will teach Kinesiology courses and support students pursuing careers in health, fitness, and physical education.
Success in this role requires someone who can build a competitive basketball program while creating a positive student experience both on and off the court. This position reports to the Director of Athletics and to the Associate Dean in the School of STEM for the instructional responsibilities.

Position Information Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt, 52-week position. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday; however, evening and weekend work is expected during the athletic season, and flexibility is required.
Benefits: Madison College offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The selected candidate will serve a twelve-month introductory period. Relocation assistance is not available.
