The Athletics Department at Manhattanville College is seeking a Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This position involves managing all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of team preparation for successful and competitive program at NCAA Division III level (pre-season; in season; off season)
• Effectively recruit qualified student-athletes who will be excellent representatives of Manhattanville College
• Develop and maintain alumni and family support of the program
• Work with Director of Athletics on all fundraising aspects for his/her respective program, or other events as designated by the Director of Athletics
• Maintain an accurate budget based on equipment, facility and travel needs
• Work with the Director of Athletics to prepare competitive schedule
• Maintain cooperation with the Skyline Conference on scheduling, conduct, and all rules pertaining to the conference
• Strictly enforce academic, social and all other rules and regulations adhered to by the college and conference respectively for each student-athlete.
• Coach will maintain the utmost professional behavior on and off the campus at all times
• Coordinate community service activities for team
