McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time coach for the men’s basketball program at its Lebanon, IL campus. The Bearcats compete as members of the Great Lakes Valley Conference.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 year’s coaching experience. The coach will be responsible for recruiting student athletes to participate at the NCAA Division II level, managing the operational budget of the program, assuming responsibility of overseeing the development of the in-season schedule and out-of-season practices and workout arrangements, and maintaining compliance with all NCAA Division II guidelines and regulations. Travel is required.
