• Direction, supervision & management of the college’s basketballl program at the NJCAA Division I Level under the policies and guidelines of the college, WJCAC and NJCAA;
• Recruitment of student-athletes on a local, area, regional, state and national level; field management and preparation;
• Preparation and management of annual operating and scholarship budget;
• Participation in fund-raising events and community relation’s activities;
• Monitoring student athletics in the basketball program to support academic success;
• Teaching of academic courses or other qualified activities as assigned;
• Promotion of the basketball program and athletics in general in the community;
• Participation in the college’s advising, recruiting and retention activities; and
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation and/or Chair of the Physical Education Department.
