The purpose of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach is to organize and facilitate all aspects of the program in a professional manner that will translate into a successful and fulfilling experience of all student-athletes who are associated with the program. Other responsibilities include directing all aspects of a competitive NAIA basketball program including compliance with NAIA and University rules and regulations; recruitment of qualified, gifted student-athletes; contest scheduling; budget management; fund-raising; and retention of student-athletes.
