The University of Tennessee at Martin is currently accepting applications for a Head Men’s Basketball Coach. This position will report directly to the Director of Athletics and duties will include:

•Organizing, administering, and coaching of an NCAA Division I basketball team.

•Planning and conducting team and individual practices, to include training and conditioning programs within the time parameters of NCAA rules. •Scheduling non-conference games.

•Creating and implementing a plan for the recruitment of student-athletes.

•Fundraising and public relations. •Budget management.

•Strict adherence to the University of Tennessee, Ohio Valley Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.

•Implementing academic accountability measures for student-athletes to ensure that student-athletes maintain progress toward their degrees throughout their playing experience at UT Martin.

•Other duties deemed necessary by the Director of Athletics.
